Start with the label

Distinguish the origin of raw seaweed from the manufacturing location and regional names used in product branding. Korean product names are useful clues, but the ingredient list and processing description provide the more reliable comparison.

Compare texture and flavor

Thickness, surface structure, roasting intensity, oil and salt work together. Compare products in the same serving situation rather than judging one visible feature in isolation.

Choose for the way you eat
